icey blue


i've been wondering how to wear white tights without looking like a figure skater. after much deliberation i ended up with this. i couldn't decide what to wear over this dress, (i think it needs a cape or a fancy fur coat which are sadly absent from my closet) so i opted to stay inside for today's outfit pictures. jack frost is out in full force and i really need some thick wool socks or i'm sure i'm going to end up with some terrible frost bite. i'm off to check out the army navy store and see what they got.

  4. I'm always afraid of looking too childish in white tights - I've paired them (successfully?) with a dark blue dress & a black one. They would look good with a white skirt too, if you have one.

  38. white tights are easier to do that I thought, which was that it could only be a summer thing, or only worn with light colored items. I think what it really comes down to are the shoes that they're paired with.
