after a healthy dose of happy hour drinks, veronika was kind enough to shoot me some outfit photos. of course after 3/4 of a margaritna pitcher i was starting to look a hot mess but thankfully she's got serious skills to cover that up. i meant to take some pics of us together but all i got was shots of this awesome cat, whose big italian owner was taking him for a walk around the block (?!):

talk about dream dress! the ever lovely audrey of homerunballerina kindly agreed to do a little swapperoo with me when i salivated over this dress she wore a few weeks ago. it's super sheer and delicate, i was too nervous i'd accidentally rip it so i just pranced around the house in it, pretending to be a fairy princess.

animal prints aren't really my bag, but somehow i am always a sucker for leopard spots. there's something classy and vampy about them that keeps me coming back for more.

i bought these really high heels for $5 that i will never wear for more than 10 minutes but a dress like this sort of calls for them. oh and heck yes it is finally hot enough for bare legs. soak up the vitamin d ladies (um yeah i might be referring to my legs as ladies but it could be worse...)!
