i have a lot of feelings and opinions lately. mostly about the hunger games. but also sometimes about other stuff. 
do you ever have a day where you don't feel especially different or anything, but you are just getting the most unexpected compliments from strangers? those are nice days, but also make me feel funny. i think i like them a lot more when they are coming from women than men.
also, what age is too old for rompers? (gulp)

  1. mmm i kind of like unexpected compliments. i think it takes courage for them to speak to a stranger.
    also, i'm trying to stay away from the hunger games.

    1. yeah, it's twofold. sometimes it's the nicest compliment, and sometimes it's a weird cat call.
      i hated the hunger games, jtlyk. i've been thinking about writing an intense account of why but i haven't sat down to do it yet..

  3. i definitely get more compliments on days when i think my outfits are really simple. which probably reflects on my usual style, although i dont consider that particularly "out-there" either.

    and i liked the plot of the hunger games, but not too much the characters and definitely not the writing style

  4. No age is too old for rompers! Wear rompers until you are saggy and 80 years old! YEEAAHHH.

    I'm glad you got some compliments. Maybe people were feeling extra happy that day or something, or you are just radiant all the time and people just respond to that on certain days! Who knows. But you do look lovely here in your cute romper. Your jean jacket goes so well with the floral pattern! :D

  6. Agreed on the compliment thing! When I get a compliment from a lady it makes me blush and I get all awwshucks! on them. When I get a compliment from a man I usually think umm...ok? And try to get away quickly. Doesn't help that usually the weirdest men pluck up the courage to say something to me -_-
