at the ripe old age of 24 i took a plunge and invested in my very first lipstick.
due to a nasty allergic reaction back in my tweens (brought on by an overindulgent application of bonne belle lipsmackers and other pink sparkly drugstore glosses) i've shied away from mouth related make ups, but my skin has toughened up over the years and painting my pout feels, dare i say it, rather adult.

oh, i feel the same. about feeling like an adult. i don't wear make up, other than eye liner and mascara, but i did buy a red lipstick. i not only feel like an adult wearing it, but also because it cost me $12. my chapstick usually costs $2.
ReplyDeleteanyway, i love the outfit and the crimson lips.

DeleteCongrats! Looks great on you. I love make-up haha. You should try Revlon's Just Bitten Kissable. It's a stain/balm - really makes your lips pop without all the dryness. Keep up the lovely work!
